No License.

If you attend a lesson without your Learners Permit/Drivers License you will not be allowed to drive. While on your Learners the police can consider you UNLICENSED if you do not have your permit with you. As such we will check you license each and every lesson and can not allow you to drive if you do not have it.

DRY LESSON: A dry lesson is simply a lesson where your instructor may discuss driving principles, road rules and/or maneuvers and other driving related issues you. The instructor may also take you for a drive (the instructor driving) and demonstrate these principles, road rules or maneuvers for you.

Abusive, Aggressive or Unsafe Behaviour.

Students and any other person present during a driving lesson must not engage in abusive, threatening, intimidating, aggressive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards an instructor, other students, members of the public or other road users.

The instructor may immediately terminate a driving lesson if, in the instructor's reasonable opinion, a student's behaviour creates a safety risk, prevents the lesson from being conducted safely or effectively, or involves serious abusive, threatening, intimidating or aggressive behaviour.

Where a lesson is terminated for this reason:

The instructor may safely return the student to the agreed drop-off location, where reasonably practicable.

The portion of the lesson already provided will be treated as having been delivered.

U Can Drive may refuse to provide further lessons to the student and may terminate the student's remaining bookings or lesson package.

Any refund or credit relating to unused prepaid lessons will be considered having regard to the circumstances of the termination, including the seriousness of the student's conduct and any reasonable costs or losses incurred by U Can Drive as a result.
